Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The size received does not fit (subject to stock availability).
The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The product should be in its original condition without any stains, perfume, or damage.
A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
Used or washed products.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
Share your Order ID along with photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Once your request is approved, we will provide exchange instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product.
Important Notes
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may exchange it for another product of equal value.
If the replacement product costs more, the price difference must be paid before dispatch. If it costs less, the remaining amount will not be refunded or credited.
Shipping Charges
If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us, we will bear the exchange shipping charges.
For size exchanges or customer preference, shipping charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Address Changes
Shipping address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
